Canada would love to see you again. There’s a burgeoning anarcho-folk scene here but the shows are currently limited to dingy basement apartments and parks. I think Toronto needs some Ohio inspiration. Much love and luck wherever you guys end up this year and thanks for another excellent album.

@Dillion, I think it’s fair to characterize us as very critical of capitalism, but also pragmatists trying to navigate participating in the capitalist system while realizing its very damaging to humanity. I don’t think we collectively identify with a particular anti-capitalist ideology, whether it’s Marxism or something else. To answer your question more directly, I’d say, come as you are.
@Becca, Yes. 2012 shows are in the works, but we’re all really occupied with other projects too, so we’re still working it out. Likely scenario is end of the summer UK/France shows and maybe some east coast.

@Rachael, did you know that Theo, who plays in Defiance, Ohio is presently a Seattle resident? Though it might be a while until we make it out to the Northwest as a band, you should keep an eye out for music he’s involved in. What comes to mind is the new Your Heart Breaks record that he plays on and is absolutely killer.

@Madeline, I’m not sure when we’ll next be to Wisconsin or Chicago, but I live in Chicago and play in another band called Hinged. We’re playing a show on July 30 with Ramshackle Glory.
So happy about the date in Paris. But before I buy my train tickets (I have to buy them a while in advance if I don’t want to be ripped off) I’d like to know if there will be more dates in France (like in Bordeaux where I live) or if the 6th is the end of the tour.
